Vendor Application
$50 - Vendor Booth
(8ft table and two chairs, 4 wristbands for general admission to the event)

This year we will only be allowing 10 paranormal teams. Per feedback last year, guests wanted to see more variety of vendors and thought it was too paranormal focused. It will be first come first serve, and payment must be received in order to secure your spot. 

 

Once you submit your registration you will be directed to the Contract & Agreements page to electronically agree and sign the contract. Once you have signed the contract you will be directed to the payments page. We can accept, all major credit cards, ACH from Bank Account or Cash/Check. Payment must be made in full to guarantee your vendor table.

This is a fundraiser for the Benton County Historical Society. There are no refunds on vendor booths. For extenuating circumstances we will review a refund request and make a decision voted on by the Board of Directors.
