A $50 deposit is due at time of booking and goes towards your final payment. Information on how to pay deposit will be sent once request is received.
Hours
Monday - Friday TBD-10:00AM
Saturday & Sunday 4:00PM - 10:00AM
A member from the group must be present at the respective time to check-in depending on the day of the week you have booked.
Monday - Friday, due to work schedules a check-in time will be determined between the representative checking the group in and the group.
You will receive a tour of the Horridge House and Vinton Train Depot which will give you the history and hot spots for paranormal activity.
Booking Information
Please review the calendar on the website for open dates and follow instructions to book an investigation.
Deposit is non-refundable and will be due at time of booking. The remainder of the balance will be due the day of the investigation.
We encourage you to pay the final amount upon arrival, when you know the exact amount of people that will be attending. If you pay ahead and some members from your group do not show, we will not issue a refund for people that do not show up.
If you must reschedule your investigation, the deposit is transferable.
If you request your investigation the same day that you want to investigate, we will have to confirm we have a representative available to check you in before we send the deposit instructions.
*Must be 18 years of age or older to book an investigation. Anyone under the age of 18 will need to have a parent/guardian present during the investigation.
Multiple Night Bookings
Please review the calendar on the website for open dates and follow instructions to book an investigation.
Deposit is non-refundable and will be due at time of booking. You will need to pay separate deposits for each night booked.
If you have booked consecutive days (ex: Friday and Saturday), depending on circumstances and events planned at the Horridge House and Vinton Train Depot you may not be able to stay and keep your belongings at the locations and will have to have a check-in time the following day. You may inquire on this before booking. Please email bchsparanormaltours@gmail.com to inquire.
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled investigation. Failure to do so will result in a forfeited deposit.

*If caught violating these rules, individuals/groups will be asked to leave with no refund and will not be allowed to book another investigation with BCHS
